Under either option, the Agent must act within the agreed service scope and in good faith. Full authorization does not permit fraud, misuse of Credits for personal benefit, unauthorized transfers, or activities outside the agreed scope. All Credit utilization and account activities shall remain traceable through TRYLINK system records.

1. Trylink Refundable Credit Purchase (RM) For eligible platform services, campaigns, photoshoots and other approved services utilized through the TRYLINK system. 2. Agent Management Fee (RM) For the Agent's agreed management, coordination, planning and service execution. 3. Total Payment Request Amount (RM) 0.00 Stated in a separate Payment Request Form and payable in full via a one-time bank transfer before service commencement.

4. Agent Management Fee — Payment Release Arrangement

Select ONE option. This applies only to the Agent Management Fee, not to the Trylink Refundable Credit Purchase.

Trylink Refundable Credits and Agent Management Fees are separate allocations. Credit utilization and refunds are subject to TRYLINK's applicable Credit Policy, while Agent Management Fee releases are governed by the agreed service milestones.

Auto-Acceptance: if the Merchant does not approve or raise a written dispute within the specified period after the Agent submits the milestone for review, the milestone will be automatically deemed accepted and eligible for payment release.
